End User License Agreement

SHO Services, LLC End User License Agreement
Effective date: September 2, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between SHO Services, LLC ("SHO," "we," "us") and the individual or entity accessing https://shoservices.com or the private, internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Internal App").

The Internal App is a private tool for authorized SHO personnel. It is not offered to the public and is not listed on the Intuit App Store. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. SHO is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except as a QuickBooks Online customer using Intuit's APIs.

License

SHO grants authorized SHO personnel a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Internal App solely for internal business, including read access to QuickBooks Online company data held by SHO. You may not share credentials, sublicense, resell, or provide the Internal App to anyone outside SHO.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the Internal App to access any QuickBooks company other than the company SHO uses, or in any way that violates Intuit's developer or QuickBooks terms.

Website

The public website at https://shoservices.com is provided for information about SHO services. Content is owned by SHO Services, LLC unless otherwise noted.

THE WEBSITE AND INTERNAL APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SHO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR INTERNAL APP.

Termination

SHO may suspend or end access at any time. This Agreement ends when your authorization to use the Internal App ends.
